Chicago Truck Accident: Four People Injured When Two Semis and a Car Crash on Dan Ryan Expressway
Four people were hurt on Monday night during a Chicago truck crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway. The multi-vehicle collision happened on the South Side at around 10:40 pm when a semi-truck rear ended a car as traffic was slowing. Another semi-truck then hit the first truck before catching fire.
Three men and one woman sustained injuries—two of them were in serious-to-critical condition when they were transported to local hospitals. The driver of the second semi-truck received a citation for following too close.
